During his 21-year tenure at Starbucks, Behar played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion. As President of North America and later the founding President of Starbucks International, he helped grow the company from 28 stores to over 15,000 across five continents. He also served on the Starbucks Board of Directors for 12 years before retiring.
